The Votaw Family Mission Statement

When family and friends enter our home, they will find unconditional love, comfort, and peace.  Our home will be run in an orderly fashion and all that enter will feel secure.  We will place special emphasis on teaching our children to love, to learn, and to laugh - and to work and develop their unique talents.

We will speak the truth, in love, about our God and what He has done for us.  We will spread the word of God through His divine gifting in us.  We will teach, comfort, serve, and encourage all people that God places in our path.

We will choose how we spend our time wisely by placing importance on our relationship with God and with our family.  We will only speak kind and encouraging words that build up and support each other - and not words that are hurtful or tear down.

We understand that God gives us all the things we have and we should be good stewards of it all.  We will give back to God through tithes and offerings.  We will be wise with our money by saving and investing.  We will be generous to those in need.

We choose to live by these words and be held accountable to them.  We will pass these on to our children's children and plant seeds that will produce blessing for generations to come.
